Welcome to Brookside Village! We are an all-age mobile home community located a little under 10 miles east of Springfield. Looking to be close to the city, but seeking the peace and tranquility of country living? We’ve got the community for you! 

We like to describe our community as apartment-style living without the apartment. Each home sits on its own lot and has no connecting walls with your neighbors. Yes, that’s right, no shared walls and some outside space to enjoy as well. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom mobile home rentals as well as mobile home space rentals if you wish to move your home into our community.

Our homes all include water, sewer and trash services with the monthly rent. We have included other helpful contact information farther down the page.
